I am no Pelosi fan but what she says makes more sense than the other crap I am hearing.

5. I think Jonathan Turley's analysis of her statements has been spot-on. |
In other words, she's dissembling.

6. Her story seemed a little weird but she must not have much to hide... |
...if (as they just said on KO) she's one of those who wants a full investigation.

8. Her resistence to investigating torture says theres something to hide |
It may be because someone in her circle of colleagues knew about the torture and she's protecting him/her/them, but her refusal to deal with the issue even for that excuse means she had to know about it (even second hand) some time before it became public.

9. She must be the least curious person in the world |
even outdoing dubya, if she got briefed on torture techniques the CIA declared were legal, and she never once asked "hey, are you doing these now?"

13. Does her quote directly say they gave false information to her in the briefing? |
I've missed where she directly asked that and they denied using it.

11. Ditto, and I'm not a fan. |
But I do believe she is being railroaded by the GOP in this instance. She probably knew of harsh interrogations, but I highly doubt she was briefed on exactly what this entailed.

12. I can see how she was used by these war criminals |
They made a point to tell her and others just enough to say they were told but not enough for them to know what was going on. They used her and the others, sure as hell
