Cramer himself established some years ago in an interview that he manipulated securities when he was a hedge fund manager. He was and is crooked. He admitted it and doesn't care. Every investor I know already knew this years ago. A fundamental rule of investing is to perform your own due diligence. All Stewart did was brighten the light a little, but Cramer was already exposed as a liar by himself.
