There's the link. It's $10 a month and it gives you access to all 3 hours of the show without commercials (the first 2 hours have aired on XM during morning drive, the 3rd hour is uncensored and generally involves Ana and non-political content).

And you also get the post-game show which doesn't even air on the website for non-members. I figure $2.50 a week for what ends up being around 12 hours of content is a great deal. Hell, a 2 hour movie will cost you $9 (if you're lucky).

Either way this is annoying. The youtube channel had just broken 62 million views (for anyone unfamiliar with youtube channels, that's A LOT to put it mildly).

I'm going to post video content in GD in the meantime, but it'll be stuff that opens up in Windows Media Player or Quicktime (etc.).

I know the last time this happened it was because a certain singer and musician (who was huge in the 80's but isn't as big now, despite his religious conversion) was pissed over a clip about him so he made up an original content claim or something along those lines.

Keep in mind that just as Maddow and Olbermann lighten things up later in their shows, so does TYT. So there are plenty of videos that include non-political figures as well (actors, musicians, etc).

My first thought was it was related to the clip about how Fox News blamed Obama for the lyrics of Jay-Z and Young Jeezy, but I have no idea at this point.

Would it help if we were to contact YouTube and ask that they be reinstated? Has that ever worked before?

While it wouldn't hurt to do that, I'm not suggesting it until I have more details. The last time this happened TYT worked it out with YouTube, and hopefully that's what will happen this time. I mean, it IS in the Top 100 channels (i.e. top 100 for ALL channels on youtube, not just politics).

The status of their slot on XM morning drive is also up in the air at the moment, and Monday may well be their last show (presumably because of the XM/Sirius merger...think of it as a talk show layoff). If that's confirmed, I would encourage everyone to write XM. Even if you don't have XM/Sirius, if you enjoy the show it'll help.

The timing of this sucks in that regard too actually. But it's way too early to say they're in or out either way in the long run.

Again, the third hour is not like the first two, even though Cenk generally does sneak in some politics anyway. Ana joins him, and they do more celebrity/entertainment/wacky and goofy-fun stories, etc.

*I* love it (most members do), but there are some people who don't like it at all and they prefer to only listen to the straight politics.

22. I'm going to guess it is because they said Anderson Cooper

seemed drunk on the air. That was a clip from yesterday - where it seemed to me the audio had been clearly messed with, but Cenk feel for it.

It seems to me they should be going after the people who put the video up in the first place, and just have TYT issue a retraction and apology. Pulling the whole channel is messed up.
