Charles Barkley defined FEMA during the Hornets/Spurs game...
Fix Everything My Ass. He said it after a commercial break when they were commenting on the difficulty of putting out the fire following the "ring of fire" exposition done at halftime.

That was a total screw-up during their first quarter break. There was serious potential for injury.

2. I don't get why they didn't have another method than fire extinguishers.
I also don't get why they didn't have a bigger mat.

3. I think they did, but security came out with the
real extinguishers without thinking about the slippery powder that would be left.
