Does he have hyperactive issues of some sort?
He has all of his Georgetown Cocktail Party friends on now, and he won't let them get a word on edgewise. He has a mouth that runs like diarrhea.

2. I'll try to be fair to Tweety on this one. |

In most cases with political types, it is easy to see when they are reverting back to a script or conventional wisdom. Many of the times Tweety interrupts are when his guests are trying to head back to talking points he will try to stop their train of thought and make them answer a question with an answer that isn't pre-planned.

4. Finish a sentence -- Hell, sometimes he doesn't let them START a sentence. |

Often, he asks a question but keeps on yammering away while the guest waits for a chance to jump in with an answer.
