Obama thinks if you play nice with the corporations they will cave to the will of the people. Can you spell n-a-i-v-e ?

Clinton IS the corporate democratic candidate.

Edwards is the only candidate fighting for ALL of us (other than Kucinich)

2. Kucinich is the candidate for change
His platform offers the greatest contrast among all the candidates. Like Edwards, he's not a corporatist--and like Edwards, the MSM is ignoring him and trying to shut him out. Both Edwards and Kucinich have a chance if their supporters don't buy into the meme of the MSM and work their tails off getting others to support them as well.

4. John just isn't in the lineup..not sure what happened..
but he beat a dead horse with that anti-corporate lingo in the debates....some things in Washington can be changed..but corporate American..hand holding with the politicos seems to be the American Way..Let's get the social programs changed..okay removing tax breaks for the rich and corporations works but one issue politicians usually die before the rise...Change is a very foggy term.

5. You said why it happened
he said he was against the corporate establishment, so they shut him out of the MSM, just like they have Kucinich. But kindly remember that only two states have chosen delegates. You don't have to listen to the MSM. You can vote your own mind. That's what I'm doing Feb. 5.

7. Will any of that old Mellon money donated to JE have a say
in the so-called changes by JE? Such as the federal labor law and the repeal of the right to work (for less) statutes? In 1998, while running for the Senate, Edwards did not come out in favor of repealing right-to-work laws in North Carolina.

You have to wonder exactly who is buttering his bread and why. WRT the Mellon money, the far-right Heritage Foundation is directed by Richard Mellon Scaife, Heritage vice president and heir to the Mellon fortune.

I suspect it will be business as usual with President Edwards, maybe he will even carry the Bush fascist state to the next level. Who knows? He is too secretive about policy for me.

9. Interesting point. However, Isn't Edwards running his campaign on public money now?
Isn't that the reason why he is soo far behind in money? The other two "front runners" are taking corporate cash, Edwards isn't.

Am I wrong? If so please point out where.

13. If you repealed the Taft-Hartley Act, you strike down every right-to-work law in the land as well.
Taft-Hartley gave the consent to individual states to pass right-to-work laws in a false bid to ensure every worker can get a job despite the job being in a union shop. What they like to neglect to mention is the fact that folks who do get a job in a union shop and then don't join the union become freeloaders by default because they're automatically entitled to the same pay and benefits as union members who did fight for those concessions. It's unfair to workers who do pay union dues and fight for better working conditions.

14. It'd be a nice idea if it were true.
But if you look at the percentages, Obama's taken identical percentage of contributions from corporations as Edwards has.
