Are you even aware it exists?

Since the 1980s, individuals tied to land development have been organizing in order to contest State and Local requirements and ordinance. They formed at least one "club" that I know of whose purpose it was to draw together people of local and state importance, for get togethers where they could meet and socialize, on a regular basis. In that group you had people interested in construction along with people in elected positions who had large tracts of land in the family, so to speak. Anyway, they had a common interest:To make it easier for them to develop land with little or no oversight, or restrictions in land use.

I'm just wondering why it's thirty years later, and people still don't even know that these organizations exist? The first I even heard of another organization in the media, it was tied to Larry Craig. They were whining because Larry's arrest would be a major setback to their cause.

Why is this such a secret when it is of major public interest?

He talks about these Orgs and other forms of good old boy cronyism as well as why we wont get the NASCAR vote.

4. Do you think the author would be interested in a lead to investigate

one?

5. He is a prolific writer

and advocate for liberal and progressive ideas. His main concerns seam to be with the Appalachian poor, the way they got there, and why they and we are all being kept there.

It is possible he would look into it if was something he felt would help out the poor.
