http://www.unionhouse.com/http://www.nosweatapparel.com/index.htmlI bought a pair of the no sweat tennis shoes. They are 100% union made in Indonesia. I've had them for about two weeks now. I've very happy with the shoes. I got mine online BEFORE I saw a local store has them in stock. Next time I'll know where to go. Here is the contract that covers the workers that made my shoes.

Now you can walk down the street without stepping on the worker who made your shoes. These sneakers come with a revolutionary innovation -- a labor content disclosure form. You’re reading it right now! This card provides you with information about wages and benefits of the union workers who produced this shoe. We challenge the rest of the sneaker industry to do the same. In fact, we dare them to.
All No Sweat shoemakers are represented by the Indonesian trade union SPSI, TSK (Confederation of Indonesian Employees Unions, Textile, Clothing & Leather).

No Sweat Shoemakers Summary of Wages & Benefits
(based on a 40 hour work week)
The total wage package at the union shop that produces our sneakers is substantially higher than what is required under Indonesian law. Workers' average monthly wage, based on piece rates plus the minimum rice allowance (extra money to purchase rice) exceeds the current regional minimum wage of 711,843 Rupiah or US $73 dollars per month. The rice allowance increases according to the size of the workers' family. In addition, as detailed below, workers receive shift allowances, meal allowances, and extra money to cover transportation costs from their house to the factory. Once a year workers' receive a holiday bonus equivalent to eight weeks pay plus a "Gratification Allowance" equal to six weeks pay (total annual bonus equal to 14 weeks pay). This is more than three times the annual holiday bonus of one month's pay required under Indonesian law. In addition to these wages and benefits, these workers receive generous medical benefits, full access to an on-site staffed medical clinic, maternity allowances, and a pension upon retirement.
