"Special Rights"? Be able to do things other Americans may wish to do but can not. Should race or ethnicicity play a part in how Americans are treated? I am not even referring to Affirmative Action here either.

7. Okay a couple of examples |
Neah Bay Indians on Olympic Penninsula can kill whales, Alaska natives can kill walrus and sell their tusks even though simple possession of those tusks by anyone else is a federal crime. Alaska Natives can kill sea otters and seals against the Marine mammal protection act. These are just a few things. None of those are done on Reservations but public land and waterways.

Nation peoples for being allowed to continue their way of life. why is that? and are you aware that they actually hunt for food, not trophies?

2. Well, I'm kinda for this thing called equality. |
For example, gay marriage isn't a "special right." It is a matter of equality. A special needs child coved under IDEA is getting equality when provided with a free and appropriate education, not a special right because their curriculum is different than the one found in general education.

4. Going with the little info you have there |
I would say, of course, ALL Americans should have the same rights.
But, do tell, what are you referring to?

5. "Special Rights"? I'm surprised at you. |
They're always 'special rights' when someone else wants them; it's only when WE want them that they become 'civil rights'.

6. Lots of Americans have special rights |
Say if you are the son of the Head of the CIA, and you get busted for drinking and driving, you get off scott free. If you aren't you do time.
