From the MSM it sounds like they really have captured two soldiers, and based on what we have done in gitmo and abu garbu God help them because of the Aholes who have created this situation

1. I feel real sorry for these guys.
Iraq is not a place to be captured regardless of circumstances at these other places. I think that I would rather fight to the death.

2. When you’re wounded and left on Afghanistan’s plains, ...
An’ the women come out to cut up what remains,
Jest roll to your rifle an’ blow out your brains
An' go to your Gawd like a soldier.

3. Cynical, tin-foily theory:
They will be rescued by American Marines with much fanfare.

It will be an ABC Prime Time Special.

they will be rescued with much fanfare by those crack iraqi forces.

4. It's surprising this hasn't happened before.
The thugs can use our guys to play with the US media for weeks.

God help the soldiers.

6. I've got a feeling this will get very ugly.
What if their captors make specific demands in order to secure their release?

8. I held my nose and checked the Comment section
It's usually pretty vile in there but I was surprised to see that most of the NeoCons aren't touching this topic in their usual vitriolic way (usually blaming Clinton).

I feel bad for those soldiers. They are going to be the recipients of all the wrath created by this administration. The blood is on their hands.
