Cut And Rob...Republicans are about as unpatriotic, as it gets.
Five tax cuts for the rich, when the country is at war, is not supporting the troops, or the needy people in the United States of America. Five tax cuts for the rich, in a time of war, is not supporting the USA period, it's simply supporting the have mores,(elite)who fund the GOP campaigns. Five tax cuts for the rich, in a time of war, will not pay for Bush/Halliburton's fake democracy in Iraq. CUTTING the estate tax, in a time of war, is just another unpatriotic, politically motivated, robbery, dreamed up by the GOP/Karl Rove, that will weaken the country even more, in the face of the enemy.

Not only will the chickenhawks refuse to ever fight in a war themselves, they want to rob America's treasury, so that our national security, is on a more precarious footing, than it was on 9/11. Cuts and Robbery, have depleted the treasury, to the point, that if Communist China, or Saudi Arabia, ever decide to foreclose on our rapidly ballooning debts, they won't need to fire a single shot, they'll just repo America and everything left in it. (they(China)have already taken most of our good paying production jobs)

When the hurricanes hit us this season and there is no money left in the coffers, to help the people in America who will REALLY need help, the Cupboard will be bare, because the GOP Cut and Robbed, so that the rich people like the ones that own Wal-Mart and their ilk, who are pushing for this latest, Cut and Rob Scheme, could keep their money. Wal-Mart don't want to support the troops in a time of war, either! Halliburton is even stealing food from the troops and serving them rotten outdated food and contaminated water in Iraq. When the vets do get back from Iraq, they'll probably find that their identity has been stolen, along with their vote.

The Republicans in congress and Bush, have CUT and ROBBED 98% of Americans into the poor house, for generations to come, so that the two percent at the top who fund the GOP's campaigns, would be taken care of FIRST and FOREMOST.

10. Everyday I try to imagine what we can do to stop them.
It has gotten beyond ludicrous. Has there ever been such widespread corruption and avarice by a government (corps) in the history of the world?

I seriously doubt it.

I'm frightened for my grandson and all children. "Long war" guarantees that 5 year olds will end up fighting the grown children of Iraq someday. I wonder how many children live in Iraq? How many have died or been maimed and traumatized forever?

I forgot - we don't do body counts of the Iraqis. Only Amerikan lives matter. :grr: Rah.

15. The one thing Bush and the neocons are good at is creating...
hatred and discontent around the planet! Hate is the worst pollution of all!

The next generation in the Middle East will be far more dangerous, because of the hate Bush has generated. There is no doubt in my mind what-so-ever, that the generations to come in America, will pay in far more than money, for the crimes of the neocons and their grossly unbalanced flunky in the White House.

26. It upsets and shames me to know that I am capable of
the hatred I feel for the neocons. I never truly hated a soul until * stole office.

I've always been forgiving and tolerant to a fault, always giving the benefit of the doubt, always believing that everyone had good deep down. Not anymore. Guess I was very naive. Not anymore.

What the hell are we going to do HF? It seems that no matter what crimes come to light, they slide. I keep hearing November, but the machine issue isn't resolved at all (not really time now either) and the pukes would only block any investigations anyway.

We really need an exploding head smilie.

28. "We really need an exploding head smilie"
Just come and take my picture, because I'm in a constant state of exploding headedness 24/7. Just when you think you've seen it all, it turns out, you ain't seen nothing yet! America is about as far up the old proverbial creek, as anything can get and there ain't a paddle in sight!

You might as well not look to the courts to save America, because they're the ones that put us behind the 8 ball in the White House! Congress won't do ANYTHING. And 35% of the people in the country think that Bush is Gawds chosen one! Other than all that, things are just ducky!

We need to hound Al Gore until he comes out and makes a run for the White House! He looks like the only hope the country really has. He knows it's up to the people in this country to tell the GOP they're FIRED. How we'll talk when we decide it's time I don't know yet, but like Scotty said to Kirk, "I Don't Think She'll Take Much More!"

Maybe a crooked election in November will be the last straw! It feels like we are sitting on top of a powder keg and the chimp is playing with the matches!

Maybe we'd better replace the tin foil hats with an Army surplus steel helmet, with a chin strap.

47. It does feel like a pressure cooker anymore.
I'm not sure the pukes would notice another stolen election, possibly the moderate dems wouldn't either. Look at just those here at DU that still deny it happened.

Apathy abounds in the US it seems. Many claim they've had enough, but when asked what they are doing to end the corruption they claim - There's nothing I can do. Then they go cast uneducated votes. I think it's just easier to ignore it for them.

I'm not sure it will be bad enough here yet by Nov. to cause massive howling when they steal another one. Word is leaking into the main slowly, but not nearly loudly enough. Patrick Kennedy needs to talk to his Uncle Ted for help on this one.

If we can't make the public aware enough of the fraud and the pukes keep hold of the House and Senate, I believe the condition of the US will deteriorate much more quickly than it is now.

I started using a helmet rather than just tinfoil a long time ago. The Raygun - Carter -Iranian hostage release did it hard. I was also reading about CIA mind-control experiments back then and was stunned by what they ended up admitting to publicly. Imagine what they did not tell and never will.

I wonder if there's a satellite view of all the exploding heads. It would light up the atmosphere, more than the Aurora Borealis.

Gore 2008, please!

But I'm still ready to fight and die if needed to save this country.

I really hope it doesn't come to that.

51. I hope it doesn't come to that either.
This is ALL very hard to take, for anyone, who ever really cared about America.

Think of the lives Americans have sacrificed willingly, in all our past conflicts, so that we could live proudly, in a democratic land of liberty and freedom. Now think about and focus your rage on the few who would trash all that countless Americans have fought and died for, for a few dollars and a few minutes of fame! Rage = Energy... Nothing really good is ever really easy.

The reason the chickenhawks can sell America's freedom out without a thought is this..."EASY COME EASY GO"...The things those guys can just cast aside, as nearly worthless, like Freedom and Liberty, are things that came easy to them. The people who died and bled for the past 250 years for that freedom and liberty did the hard part, that the Chickenhawks were too afraid, or lazy, to do. So the hard work and suffering, the bleeding and sacrifice are not things that the neocon types factor into the equation when they arrive at their close minded estimation, of the value of American LIBERTY and FREEDOM.

How many people have bled and died for your right to vote and to have that vote honestly counted? How many Americans have bled and died defending our Constitutional rights? Was it all for nothing more, than to further enrich the 2% of the most wealthy people in America, who have rarely ever bled and died for our freedom and liberty on a battlefield?

LIBERTY AND FREEDOM came easy to the 2%, so it means very little to anyone like them, who have never had to earn anything. It's why most smart parents start out, making their children EARN their spending money, instead of just handing it over to them. The neconns never had to earn Freedom and Liberty, so they wrongly access it's real value.

LIBERTY and FREEDOM are simply hollow, empty, words, to FAR TO MANY Americans. More often than not the old saying, "You don't know what you've got till it's gone" holds true. I hope and pray, that the sleeping giant awakens, in time to save itself.

Draining the life blood from America when we are at war with their Cut and Rob stupidity and greed. They love their money more than they love America. That's why none of the GOPers ever really thought America was worth fighting for in any real combat.

They are either with America, or they're against us! And it looks more every day like the GOP is fighting for the terrorists to win by weakening our country in a time of great peril, or so they claim 24/7!

17. Bizarro that the repubs don't want to help people in their own hemisphere
preferring to spend hundreds of billions of dollars to "free" people halfway around the globe by dropping daisy cutters, WP, Mark 77, napalm, and uninvited Marines into and onto their homes. It's a system in which both hemispheres are guaranteed to lose.

Consider the uninvited guests alone....their unemployment rate, post-war illnesses, and lack of/long response time to health care under Jim Nicholson's VA bureacracy. The dems tried to force $ into Jimmy's hands, and he told the dems to stuff it, that the VA had all the $ it would need. No use firing his ass. Bush would simply reassign him to the US Dept. of Health and Human Services, where he would do the most damage.

shit storm, that we have all been living in for the past six years! The Cut and Robbers want it ALL and they want it NOW! If you don't have money your blood will do! Just don't expect or ask for anything in return. Slavery is back to stay it looks like.

"Just get out there and get it and STFU!" is what Americans get for their tax dollars and their blood, under the Cut and Rob regime. They have to spy on us ALL so they will know when we are ready to take the country away from them. I hope that day comes SOON!

A veteran is just trash to the haves and the have mores. Someone for Karl to abuse for political gain, like Kerry, or Murtha, or Max. A dead soldier is just a number on a page somewhere to the bean counting chickenvultures.(hawks are brave, beautiful, graceful, noble, birds, republican cowards aren't any of those) Bush can't worry his beautiful primate mind, about such little, trivial, details, like dead GIs!

The only reason Bush was about to cry the other day in Iraq, is because he was feeling sorry for himself, because so many people despise him. That hatred he feels is one of the few things he has honestly earned in his soft, sheltered, pampered, life!

BTW...GTSY.

Like being down 150 feet in the cold, murky, gloom and having to pull your J valve, for the last few breaths of air left in the tank. 32. Mr Snow just said yesterday that the soldiers are just numbers...
And now somebody has even stolen all the soldier's numbers thanks to the Creep at the VA..."Heckuva Job" strikes again! They ought to fire the fools at the VA who betrayed the vets. If anyone uses the Vet's info to steal from them, I think the country just might come unglued over it!

BUT...what the hell, we're all just numbers! Snow says the dead soldiers are just bench marks and numbers. The VA shafts 25.5 million vets and Rumsfeld had this to say...

Rumsfeld’s remarks about draftees show insensitivity

Snip...

Rumsfeld's "wit and charismatic candor" were praised on the liberal New York Times op-ed page, while the editorial page chief of the conservative Washington Times, proclaimed as "most charismatic" of the year the defense secretary "who's the heartthrob of neo-cons and mature women around the country, and Republicans everywhere."

Well, this is a different year, and in his first 2003 press conference, Rumsfeld shamefully smeared American veterans and then deliberately fibbed about how there is absolutely "no need " to consider reinstating the draft because the nation's all-volunteer military was, he assured us, working perfectly.

First, the smear of veterans. Speaking of the 11 million Americans who, during the Vietnam years, answered their country's draft call and the 2 million who served in Vietnam, Rumsfeld alleged that these draftees "added no value, no advantage, really, to the United States armed services over any sustained period of time, because the churning that took place, it took enormous amount of effort in terms of training, and then they were gone."

I'll say "then, they were gone!" Of the 58,152 Americans who gave their lives in Vietnam 20,352 of them were draftees. How dare the secretary of defense say these good and brave Americans "added no value, no advantage, to the United States armed services?" More...

http://www.cnn.com/2003/ALLPOLITICS/01/20/column.shields.opinion.rumsfeld/index.html

If a democrat in Washington had done ANY, of the things listed above, he'd have been rode out of Washington on a rail, the next day! And the GOP is always trashing the democrats for screwing over the soldiers! Hypocrites, Thieves and Liars = The GOP.

43. Hard work is another thing they're afraid of.
I'd like to see how Bush would hold up cutting brush 40 hours a week! Or Karl Rove doing some connecting on an ironworker crew. Or Dick Cheney out driving some of that sheet piling down in New Orleans in that 95 degree sun. Hell those guys couldn't wait on tables, or tend bar, without crying like girlymen. And they're always talking about how HARD THEY WORK! I never did kiss asses like politicians do all day for a living but Bush claims he works awfully hard! I'll bet he'd really think it was hard, if he was getting paid minimum wage!

Them geeks couldn't even carry my damned tool belt around all day! I was hoping Fitz would show them how hard breaking rocks is, with a twelve pound beater, in the federal pen, but I guess they got to him.

39. It's why I think we should start taxing overseas bank accounts
Not only are these assholes stealing the US treasury and getting away with it legally, they're storing the money in places like Switzerland, Dubai, and the Cayman Islands so they can avoid paying back taxes and interest on it. Fuckers.

45. They are a sorry lot!
And that crew is the VERY BEST the GOP has to offer!

I wish I had a job that pays what they make and all I had to do was tell lies all day, like they ALL do!

41. And even worse, they don't care. It is amazing that almost an
entire party in power can be collectively sociopathic.

Clinically Narcissistic.

They have NO values. The NPD, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, individual has no values larger than themselves like most folks do. Most people value a "higher power," or a view of the world or nature as a thing larger than themselves, or of humanity as larger than the individual.

But not NPD's. Their ONLY real concern is their image. Everything is about image to them. Like money, having money they feel enhances their image in the eyes of the world. This is why the GOP is more susceptible to corruption as we've seen. Why power is attractive to them, cause they believe having power enhances their image in the eyes of the world.

Not because they'd like to use the power to do good things, to help others, to foster good values.

They also are incapable of empathy with others. And that is one of the things that makes them so dangerous, because they cannot put themselves in the place of others. Makes it a lot easier to screw people over if you don't have to experience any empathy for them.

They are the source of so much destructiveness in this world, at all levels.

49. Traitors selling us out for a few dollars!
Selling off what it took the people of this country almost 250 years to build, with our blood, sweat, and tears, for a few bucks. Not caring that America isn't theirs alone, to sell.

The Bushwhackers ALL worship a demon called...Mammon. The "all knowing" neocons and their willing richly rewarded accomplice's, extreme and fanatical avariciousness, are every bit as vicious and blood thirsty as any fanatical "terrorist" in the world. OH BUT..."Bin Laden's Fanatical Militant Extremist Muslims, attacked New York City and Washington DC, killing thousands of innocent people!" WELL...The invasion of Iraq on a neocon whim, based on a pack of lies, was no less fanatical or blood thirsty or vicious, than what Bin Laden's gang of murdering thugs did to America. The only people being fooled now, are fools by choice.

Something for the Greedy to dwell on, on their way to Fundie School tomorrow...

Luke 16.13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

I'm sorry for preaching to ya, but those other preachers who preach for Mammon won't tell the truth about those blood thirsty, lying, hypocritical, fanatical, maternal fornicators, in the GOP.
