since 1999 . . . so anybody can "commit perjury" and get away with it, if they're Republicans. If they're Dems, "they're just plain lying" :eyes: . . . but you won't see the prosecution go for convicting those who submitted the "sworn statements" for perjury . . . because that would mean that they'd have to prove THEM ALL wrong . . .
