Blanche Lincoln voted with the Republicans. Voinovich and Chafee were the only fiscally responsible Republicans. Edited to add Lincoln.

for voting against this. It doesn't make up for not voting against the stupid anti-gay-marriage amendment, but at least I don't have to hang my head again today. Yay Senator Byrd!
