3. Yer welcome BrklynLiberal; grab the popcorn!
I know from your posts you're gonna love this show; BBC starts out by making pollster Frank Luntz look like a total idiot, and from that point on, it's one slam after another. Grab the popcorn!

The program aired about 8 hours ago in London. As soon as I saw it was available to us, I posted, Enjoy!

5. Just don't have time to duplicate the info in two posts anymore, Stella.
It's DEFINITELY from the BBC, as I think you'll see when you go to the web page link I gave you.

Watching it now.

Awesome. I miss real journalists.

Edited to add: like the bit about Houston, Texas and how W fucked up our state. Too bad no AMERICAN JOURNALISTS will talk about this.

8. This is really important. KICK!
Best part so far:

Reporter to Katrina survivor: "Do you think the Bush administration is taking the threat of globral warming seriously enough?"

Katrina survivor: "I don't think Bush takes anything seriously."

This illicited spontaneous applause from Stella.

10. Stella, if you're interested in viewer reaction to the broadcast,
listen live here:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive/

As soon as they finish with sports talk, this will probably be the big call-in topic for the next 12 hours. They're very good about integrating their radio programming with TV specials like this one.

12. Are you in the UK?
Just curious, as I lived in Yorkshire, then Essex, for four years, until last summer.

Similar politics, better climate. :)

That's the ONLY other place in the US I'd care to live, though I've been giving Portland som consideration lately.
