Heard a little of "pig-boy" during a trip to lunch. He replayed a call from Iraq from a LtCol. Why the LtCol would be calling a drug addicted, anal-cysted, thrice divorced, gay prostitute trolling, chickenhawk radio host is beyond me. But during the call, that Rush just appreciated so much, and during which the guy thanked Rush for his service in Vietnam alongside John Kerry, ...no...er...wait, that wasn't it. He thanked Rush for protecting him from the "big, bad, drive-by media". Anyway, I digress.
A couple of things the LtCol said during the call made me wonder why he's not standing in front of a superior officer this morning getting his one way ticket back to the states.
1. He said; "just turn us loose, just let us do our jobs, or bring us home". Sounds to me like that is border-line violation of Article 88 (Contempt toward officials). Is he criticizing the prosecution of the war? If so, he surely can't be complaining that the "media" is holding him back. Last I checked, he works for the C-in-C, SECDEF, and his Commanding Officer. Are these the officials that he shows contempt for? If he has a problem with the prosecution of the war, and how his troops are employed, there is an avenue to address that. It's called the Chain of Command, and guess what, Rush isn't in it. Sounds like he is not happy with the way the war is being run. It also is logical to conclude that, since the ones running this war are his C-in-C, SECDEF, and CO, he has shown contempt for those officials by criticizing his Chain of Command on national syndicated radio, and that contempt has been heard by millions of Americans, not to mention HIS OWN TROOPS IN IRAQ.
2. He said that he "requires Rush and Hannity to be piped into the Ready Room and if the liberals want to listen to something else, they can use their walk-mans". Sounds like the work-place would be pretty hostile if you happened to be a liberal or a Dem assigned to this guys command. Sounds like it borders on violation of UCMJ Article 117 (Provoking Speech or Gestures), Article 133 (Conduct Unbecoming an Officer or a Gentleman), and is pretty darn close to Article 93 (Cruel and Unusual Treatment). I know, Art 93 may be a stretch, but I would think having Rush and Hannity piped in would constitute "cruel and unusual" punishment.
I'm being a little "tongue-in-cheek", but seriously...Why the hell is a military officer calling Limpballs "little hate-fest" radio show?
For that matter: WHY IS THAT POS STILL ON AFRTS?
