I've found some good materials at the Mennonite Central Committee website. Just go to mcc.org and type "racism" into the site's search engine. A bunch of stuff pops up. Especially interesting is the Damascus antiracism training. I actually think this is something associations should look into offering for clergy, like they do with boundaries training.
Some good stuff at the Sojourners site, too.
