Denver Gay Pride Parade (BIG dialup warning)
Ok, I couldn't limit myself to just 10 photos on this one! I took 500 photos at the parade, and most of them came out pretty good. Again, these are not editted yet.

This was a very large parade. I think EVERY politician in Colorado was in it, along with every drag queen. Some really interesting people, as you will see. Also, lots of churches had banners and floats in this parade, and many groups promoting equality and gay marriage. It was awesome, even though the sun was WAY too bright. I used a blue polarizing filter throughout.

1. Nice photos...
I saw on the local news last night that Anchorage had a big gay pride party in our downtown park yesterday. Not being gay myself, I wasn't paying attention, but if I had known beforehand I would have gone down and taken some photos, too. There was a good turnout and nobody got hassled, so that's great news. Things are much different in that regard up here than they used to be 20 or 25 years ago. I'm so glad people are becoming more tolerant.

2. As a scooter enthusiast I really like the pic

of the ladies on the scooters. I really like the one with flowers all over it.

Nice. I tried to get some of the scooter community in St Louis to ride in the parade but it didn't happen and I didn't feel like riding alone. I let them know that there were scooters in the Denver parade, so maybe things will be different next year.

3. Fine job, RadFemFL
The pic of the little girl (#4) is my favorite, with the girl in the wagon a close second. And I'm not really partial to kids!

4. That little girl was SO cute
She was helping her mom hand out Pride bracelets. Of course I had to get a bracelet, and get some shots of her.
