An economist needs to replace Souter. Someone who understands the Fed Reserve System.
Look for Reich, Summers, Krugman or NY state Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.

6. Mortgage mash down, Bank ownership, Tarp and other economic issues are going
to be the courts biggest problem for the next 5 years. We need someone who understands the money flow.
