That the debate is going to get into the financial crisis, and he also know he had a lot to do with what has happened by his "deregulation" votes over the years.

But "vote" for or against the bill, it's that simple. Why should they postpone the debate when it's congress that will come up with a bill, then all that McCain has to do is vote, or "not" vote!
