1. Clinton could win Indiana by 200+%
He'd still win the nomination.

9. didn't she say that even if he reaches 2025, he has to get 2200+
I saw that some place. I see her behind him on the podium taking the oath over his shoulder. she is going to be a laughing stock even to people who don't care before this is over.

2. Even if he loses Indiana he will win the net delegate battle today.
He's got the nomination. We're going through the motions to feed Hillary's ego.

12. yes, Senator McClinton is wasting everyone's time and money
but look at her face?! Isn't it obvious she's doing this for ego gratification? She knows she's never going to be president, and this campaign will be all she will ever have of the taste of being president. As long as there is one old folk's home that hasn't voted yet, she'll be there to ply her song and dance one more time.

8. Poor Princess Hillary. 115 delegates in No Carolina

Only a paltry 72 in Indiana.

To think that Obama has survived the incessant Swiftboating via the Jeremiah Wright issue.

Good for him.

13. If she could COUNT and do simple MATH, we could all take a break.
but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooo! She can't do grade school math, so the whole class has to stay late.

17. I know. She is like every bad teacher that I've ever had.
Except with my teachers, I couldn't just grab the remote and flip to a different channel.

Please tell me there is no chance she'll be at 1600 Pennsylvannia Avenue for 4 years.

6. Of course--especially if he wins NC
Edited on Tue May-06-08 06:26 PM by rocknation
In which case he'd need only around 40% of IN. Hillary needs a 38 point margin of victory (69% of the vote) for a win that REALLY means something--and in ALL EIGHT of the remaining contests:

43-point or more margin of victory = blowout

38 - 42 points = a "real" win

30 - 37 points = good, but not good enough

11 – 29 points = a wash

5 - 10 points = useless

1 - 4 points = concession speech

10. Delegate-wise, I'm thinking the state's gonna be almost evenly split.
She's gonna gain next to nothing from Indiana, and she's getting thoroughly spanked in N. Carolina. And the superdelegates are watching the whole thing.

Her campaign's been swirling around the toilet bowl for months, this is the time we see it sucked down the drain for good.
