6. I was a supporter when I went to Iowa to visit friends at caucus time.
I went to one of his rallies, and was completely creeped out by the cult of personality. That made me re-think my support of him. The next day I heard Edwards speak. That ended my support of Obama.
9. i love that he's a black politician succeeding in white america...
that said, i don't like that he stands for the status quo, which is "just enough change" to quiet the masses but not enough to upset the apple cart of power/wealth for the powerful/wealthy.
his connections to Rezko are suspiciously like all the rest of the politicians we see of late...a little sleazy and his answers about the relationship VERY political.
he's really playing the "i didn't mean what it sounded like i meant" game and i don't like that at all either.
15. I liked him when I voted for him as my Senator.
My consolation if he wins the Presidency will be the possibility of having a Senator to represent me. The downside could be a Republic President and Senator. I wish I could have just had the Senator I believed I was voting for originally.
