John was relaxed and it showed.
His compassionate honesty is incomparable.

What a fabulous President he would be.

3. In my opinion
He won the debate by staying on the question at hand and attacked his opponents only when it was specific to the point he was trying to make.

4. There is no better debater than a trial lawyer.
I know. I worked at the courthouse for nearly two decades and saw literally thousands of hearings and trials.

And when I say "trial lawyer" I mean a plaintiff's lawyer OR a defense lawyer.

John is sincere when he says he fights for the poor and the dispossessed.

After I read that he spoke for six hours without notes in closing arguments in the case of the little girl and the pool drain lid, I was amazed. I have a law degree myself.

The plaintiff, having the burden of proof, argues to the jury first. Then the defense argues and then the plaintiff does rebuttal. So there are generally three segments to final argument if it's a big case.

5. The only way any human being could speak for 6 hours
on any topic would be if they deeply felt the importance of the issue in their heart. In that instance it was about a little girl's injury and recovery.

That is John Edwards.
