I am so sad...I was not supporting him, but hoped he would stay in at stronger pace...

1. He's almost up to 7 now with only 7% of votes counted. Be patient. |

21. Gee, how does a three way race get to 7 percent? |
|
Something's fishy.
I don't buy this. It's just too.....neat. :eyes:

3. Media blackout, that's what happened. |
|
Media and money are electing our next President (again) at this very moment.
There will be no real change for America if this is allowed. :(

16. I'm glad some one finally realized that the National Democratic Party |
|
doesn't want Edwards.......So it is obvious that we as Democrats no longer have a progressive party...I have been a Democrat all my life and I must say if being a Democrat now stands for "Republican lite" than I'm all for a third party,a progressive party platform and a party for real working class Americans....Corporations own this country and if we are to ever take it back then a third party voice is what it will take....

This hasn't been a progressive party in some time.

No coverage puts it in people's minds that he can't win. Therefore, it becomes important to "Stop Hillary" or "Stop Obama" and votes that would have gone to Edwards, end up divvied up between the two "frontrunners." My guess is that this helps Obama more than it does Hillary...but I could be wrong.

7. Could it be because of the viability thing? |
|
Perhaps he didn't reach the 15% in many areas and ended up losing votes ... or was that only in Iowa?

8. I can imagine some supporters thinking their vote might count more elsewhere. |
|
Although I do think that, at this point, people should vote for whom they think should be president.

11. I suspect precinct by precinct he isn't making the cut. |
|
Some precincts have only 1 delegate, so it's winner take all for that area. Others have 4, so a candidate would have to have 25% to stay in.

13. Part of the caucus madness. I hate this system - don't care about results |
|
but it's patently undemocratic with the votes not being either secret nor equal.

|
The way this guy has campaigned out there and only have 7%....It looks as if the corporate power group are tired of his threats...and might have teamed up with Diebold or something.....Something is wrong here...
