OK, Mr. President, here are your $46 billion dollars for Iraq and Afghanistan.

Perhaps the Congress should take the $46 billion dollars and earmark them in increments for every man and woman in Iraq and Afghanistan. I don't know what the amount would be--say $250,000 bucks per soldier as an example. The bill would list each and every soldier and the amount next they would receive next to their name.

The president couldn't argue that the money was being kept from the troops. I also think the money should go to wounded and the families of wounded soldiers.

Veto that, jerk.
