Professor Griffin argues that "omissions and distortions" in the report amount to a cover-up by government officials and says that the available evidence suggests that the Bush administration was complicit in the 9/11 attacks. Look out for some major advances in breaking down the 9/11 cover-up in New York and elsewhere soon! A number of revealing new books will be coming out soon. I was made aware of it during the time that the airplane coming into the Pentagon. There was a young man who had come in and said to the vice president, "The plane is 50 miles out. The plane is 30 miles out." And when it got down to, "The plane is 10 miles out," the young man also said to the vice president, "Do the orders still stand?" And the vice president turned and whipped his neck around and said, "Of course the orders still stand. Have you heard anything to the contrary?"


MR. MINETA: I didn't know about the order to shoot down. I arrived at the PEOC at about 9:20 a.m. And the president was in Florida, and I believe he was on his way to Louisiana at that point when the conversation that went on between the vice president and the president and the staff that the president had with him.
MR. ROEMER: So when you arrived at 9:20, how much longer was it before you overheard the conversation between the young man and the vice president saying, "Does the order still stand?"
MR. MINETA: Probably about five or six minutes.

You are very courageous to face this. And keep in mind, David Ray Griffin is no tinfoilhatter. He's an emeritus professor of theology at Claremont College - a prestigious post - and has a solid record of scholarship. I talked a friend of mine into watching the lecture and she was, of course, very shaken. A comparative religions specialist herself, she is familiar with the theology community and she told me that she had dug into Griffin's past and reputation and it is very solid. She has stopped saying, as she did before when 9/11 was mentioned, "I just can't believe they'd attack their own country."

Good luck. Perhaps when you've watched it and/or looked through the other info linked to, you can give us a report of your response? It would be good to know how it impacted someone who is listening to them with your frame of mind - a frame of mind that has got to be increasingly common.

I suggest you NOT watch late at night. Do it when you can get away and decompress a bit, preferably outdoors or with other people, afterward. It will shake you. You're right, it's the red pill. But on some level you already know the horror of this is true, as you say. You've been "shielding," but that doesn't really protect you from the truth, it just buries it and lets it fester.

23. David Griffin summerizes the case for Bush Administration complicity well!

Without getting into to many fine technical issues about what happened to New York on 9/11/2001...of course, some of us do these issues, because there is some interesting and relevant evidence for us to work on. You can read Griffin and get a good general idea of what the plot was without getting bogged down in our technical arguments about particular chemical or nuclear explosives, microwaves and so on...and the environmental and public health impacts of such weapons. Of course, I do think such discussions have a place as long as evidence is emerging and the global crisis of the 9/11 aftermath goes on.
