This one is important, folks. If the House version of this bill is passed, millions of acres of our public lands could be gobbled up by developers.
The GOP backers of the bill say that only a small amount of land would be involved, but they are lying, according to the "experts on natural resource law" consulted by the LA Times, who say that it could result in millions of acres of public land being sold for very little and opened to development.
