It's from bird food, which is packed with hemp seeds here, so everywhere you have a bird feeder, hemp will come up in Spring under it.

Comes from bird food, which is 20% sunflower seeds and 80% hemp seeds. I know you now want to live in Switzerland, don't you? ;)

There was one growing in the driveway, and yes, someone hopped out of the car, ran to it, pulled it and hopped back into the car. He'd be probably still coughing by now. These seeds have >.3 THC, and the one he got was a male, too.

And no, I'm not a stoner. I just like to grow the plant (some years since I did it seriously) since it keeps the bugs and wind away from most vegetables. And nobody cares around here.

it wont make any seeds.

We usually have tons of them growing here, but this year, this is the only one, so I'll leave it be, since there's no 'real' ones growing next to it. It does the dirt good, replenishing it with oxygen and organ fertilizer.

the only way to get rid of it is to burn it in rice paper tubes.

And it's hard to burn, so you have to suck on one end of the tube the keep the fire going.
