4. That looks like a Pacific Tree Frog.

I had a picture of one in my hand, at one point... it was about the size of my thumb. Very cute!

(I live in Washington) We found him a home in a man-made estuary by my step-son's little league field. Sad that we couldn't find a more suitable location.
