Bush Plan To Rebuild New Orleans and Mississippi Gulf Coast
:sarcasm: :sarcasm:

This is my prediction

1. Merge and reduce the two highest marginal tax rates:

Schedule X (single) and Y-1 (filing jointly)
    Over $146,750 -- 30%
(was two rates- 33% up to $319,010, and 35% on everything above $319,010)

2. Eliminate the Estate Tax.

3. Cap Medicare Tax at $146,750.

4. Deductability of FICA and Medicare Taxes to calculate AGI

Rebuilding New Orleans and the Mississippi Gulf Coast will be a great excuse to lower taxes on the "Have Mores."

:sarcasm: :sarcasm:

1. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
That's brilliant comedy, so I want to laugh. But it's also fucking TRUE, so I want to cry.
