Lib Bloggers: Katrina Bush's Fault

A handful of liberal bloggers have wasted no time politicizing the Hurricane Katrina disaster, alleging that the Iraq war has stripped New Orleans of National Guard protection and blasting President Bush for not dealing with global warming.

"So far today, I've looked at Global Warming and Katrina and the crisis resulting from Louisiana's National Guard being in Iraq instead of defending their state," complains the "Swing State" blog.

"Will Bush stay on vacation? At this point, it doesn't really matter. Because Bush has been asleep at the wheel for four years."
Over at the "American Blog," they've started a "Hurricaine Bush Vacation Watch," which is "keeping a tab on whether Bush is going to return to Washington to deal with this historically devastating hurricane, or whether he's going to stay on vacation while a major American city faces imminent disaster."

"Can't you just see Bush staying on vacation while all this happens THEN touring the damage like he's some kind of concerned hero?" the American Blogger griped.

5. Well let's see...
they refuse to acknowledge global warming exists-- even when New Orleans has now been threatened two years in a row, along with Florida. And these are not small storms we're talking about!

These hurricanes are getting bigger and meaner and MORE NUMEROUS because OUR OCEANS ARE WARMING! And there aren't any national guard left to help people at home!!

You're goddamned right I blame the sonofabitch.

6. Hypocrites...
...(oh. what a surprise that is).

Anyone want to count how many things THEY blamed on Clinton? Including 9-11? The bu$hit Enronomy? And on and on....they always found SOME way to blame Clinton for everything and they STILL DO even when CLINTON hasn't been President for 6 years! bu$hit is never forced to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for the results of his policies. Not on the economy. Not on Iraq - never. Ever. It's always "Clinton's Fault".

Katrina isn't bu$hit's fault but the fact that N.O. isn't better prepared is, and the fact that he CUT funding starting in 2006 so that they can become better prepared for such a disaster is HIS fault and the fact that the Great Weaselly One will only use the disaster for political gain, photo ops, and profit is definitely his fault.

He doesn't give a f*ck. It shows. What can we say? Eh?

7. No one should have to build a fire under * or his bunch
to get a quick response to crisis. This bunch never steps up with a reasonable and humane response. Everything is scripted to make Little Boots look good, not done because it is the decent thing to do.

10. Very interesting
Newsmax is telling ordinary people that anyone who asks legitimate questions about Bush and this disaster is a LIBERAL and therefore subject to ridicule.
