that's where all the terrorists are coming from. :banghead:

I told my Mom that she should have mentioned that 15 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia ... but the co-worker would probably say something like, "What about the other four? They were from Iraq!" :eyes:

Yes folks ... the sheeple are still drinking the Kool-Aid!

2. And it goes on and on and on
One told me the other day that the Japanese Americans needed to be interned during WWII because there were Japanese subs off the West Coast. I'm not making this up.

15. Thanks
Best to know the facts. Luckily, I had stayed out of that discussion.

Wow, a whole week, huh? I can see why you needed to round up gardeners who'd lived in San Leandro, California for generations to counteract that threat. :sarcasm:

6. Are they drinking the Kool-Aid or just dumb..they don't read and
really don't care too. If they read or even listen to the news(as bad as it is)...how many times has it been said that they were Saudis. They don't think about all the innocent people that are being killed and how many of our boys are being killed..

7. Well I guess when none of YOUR family is there risking death, you can
afford to be careless about your knowledge like this...

11. One was from Egypt
One from Labanon, and the other two from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The US has "friendly" relations with both Egypt and the UAE. I'm unfamiliar regarding US relations with Lebanon though.

But either way, it shows that none of the hijackers were from the traditional nations repukes talk about ("axis of evil countries" like Iran, Iraq, NK).

Instead those nations which did have an involvement (Pakistan and Saudi Arabia) have benefited greatly post 9/11, Pakistan being the beneficiary of billions of dollars in military aid and debt forgiveness.

12. Atta was from Egypt, two from the UAE and one from Lebanon
I'm reasonably sure that's the total.

Please jump in if I'm wrong.

10. The good news is
dumbasses like your Mom's coworker are now in the minority. Some people aren't going to get it, no matter what. She sounds like one of them. Or, maybe a sharp blow to the crown of the head with a mallet would work.
