Bush administration break down?
I'm listening to Guy James and a caller said that if you watch Bush's face you can see he's going to break down and trying not to. Do you think that's true? I think so too and this is perhaps why Bush went to Idaho or wherever for the rest of his vacation. This is why the rightwing are more agressive too.

By the way, is anyone going to camp out against Dubya in Idaho?

23. "Brutal!"
I've commented to myself... ( :) )

...that Bush's hair seems to have silvered rapidly.

Anyone else notice that?

rather silver. Not only is his message controlled, his image is too.

I think it could be true. I know you have great psychic intuition- Do you sense this, as well?

I do feel that they seem to be much less organized with the spin.

I think this is why they're "hiding" him so to speak. Know what I mean?
You can sense something is going on with their administration. Like a scrambling around type thing. I hope I'm making myself clear. They know the poll numbers and aren't dumb about that. This is why they're really attacking.

Edited on Sat Aug-20-05 06:18 PM by TahitiNut
I also have no doubt he has "downtime" in order to give his meds time to kick in and be surrounded by sycophants giving him a 'narcissistic supply.' Compound 'W' is a pig ranch that's actually a Funny Farm.

I can't see Smirk EVER being an ex-pResident ... it wouldn't be prudent ... and fully expect him to be martyred in mid-2008 or so.

Excellent words of observation!

Frequent, long vacations, living his world in a bubble of non-dissent. It's alarming that he's not in touch with reality, that he has to be sheltered so closely.

9. Laura has all the symptoms of being a full-time enabler.
The twins show the emotional immaturity and other symptoms of being raised by a psychopath and an enabler. They're the poster family of dysfunction. Given that his pathology is boundless and his appetites insatiable, the task of enabling and supplying his pathologies is now something that needs staffing. His bike rides are merely "recess" for the Enabling Team.

8. I've also been predicting his martyrdom --
but I predict that it will come sooner (perhaps next year -- to influence the 2006 elections). Bushie's most important role is as fund raiser.

WHEN he becomes a liability to their side -- he'll have a stroke or something to take him out of action.

If he has a major break down in public -- then they will do something.

I doubt very much that he will be killed outright -- he is far too well protected -- and for that I am very thankful. As rotten as bushie is -- is replacement will be far worse. Cheney likes to do his dirty deeds in deep dark caves.

It is important for this to play out -- for the longer he is on stage the more people will realize that he is NAKED.

But I also worry that whatever happens to him -- liberals will be blamed. They noted that when that conservative was murdered in Belgium other conservatives got a sympathy vote. THAT probably didn't go unnoticed by the evil ones now in charge/control.

5. I agree -- from listening to his voice
and the fact that he can't hold very much in his head -- if a reporter asks him a question with multiple parts -- he can't remember the whole question.

At one time this idiot could talk in a somewhat coherent manner -- but not anymore.

I really doubt that his handlers can hide from him that he is the most hated man in the world -- and that everything he has done has failed.

I don't watch him -- but I've noticed that the people who do aren't mentioning his smirk. His smirk might have been appropriate when he was 10 -- but not any more. That smirk is sort of like someone who knows a secret -- but can't tell. Also his laugh -- no a laugh really but a strange sound that sort of remembles a chuckle??

Here's what I wrote just last night about bushie:

I analyzed his personality years ago -- using publicly available articles and the book "Fortunate Son".

He isn't really a leader personality -- he is a mentored personality -- that is he can only be a reflection of his mentor.

He sees the world in black and white -- no indecisive grays are permitted into his world view. This personality type is devoid of the empathy gene.

Actually he is a very primitive personality -- I don't see much change from his pre-teen personality to his adult personality.

Listening to Mike Malloy tonight we learn that in Idaho his handlers are building up his ego -- making him the bestest at fishing. Seems that a trout stream will be stocked with trophy trout and both upstream and downstream of where he'll be fishing will be blocked so that the fish can't escape.

His handlers know they have to feed his ego ALL THE TIME.

He is an externalizer -- to the point that not much is going on in his mind. Thus his bike riding and "manly" type outdoor "stuff".

He is not an adaptable person -- he can only play the "W" persona. He can only be the son of a rich guy. All the reports of the grieving mothers say that he is an empty shell and acted inappropriately (calling Cindy Sheehan -- "mom" for example) and having no interest in learning the names of the fallen soldiers.

If you happened to meet him in a dark bar and didn't know who he was -- you would probably get as far away from him as possible. People like him do not age well -- the boyishness that he's gotten away with for far too long has worn real thin.

11. He also forgot the name of the famous fishing personality, Roland Martin
who took him fishing. I saw that on a video somewhere. He was in the boat with him, talking to the camera, & when he referred to him, it was obvious he was struggling to come up with his name. I'm not sure, but I think he finally referred to him as "the kid."

That was a good arm-chair analysis of him, Delusional.

17. Good points DELUSIONAL...
This is a subject that doesn't get nearly the attention it deserves....and never will with this lapdog corporate press. And that is to the detriment of us all.

Truth is, he never had the life experiences or the character to assume this unique position. His whole life has been one of unearned wealth and trading on his father's name to bail him out of trouble. He's an emotional stunted person, no question.

His mental capabilities have greatly diminished since 2000. I saw a video clip of him recently....I was astounded by the degradation in his communication skills. The question is...is it organic or is it psychological? I suspect it's primarilly the latter. And I further suspect the roots of it lie in 9/11 and his knowledge that he either was complicit or ignorant in allowing it to happen. Either way, that burden is gnawing on him every day. Even with all this downtime, I think it's less and less effective in resting/relaxing him. He's probably medicated to take the edge off his mental conflictions. His unpopularity is obviously something that is driving him crazy. He knows what his legacy will be and that he probably knows he is the most reviled person in the world. What a burden for a lightweight to endure.

And this unpopularity makes him even more spiteful and mean-spirited...seems like it is a self-fufilling prophecy now. The question is, who holds this guy in check? Laura? Poppy? Rove? Cheney? I really don't know the answers, but I do know that this man is singularly incapable of executing the demands of the office he occupies and that is a most dangerous thing for us and the world.

20. as his popularity falls -- he'll get snippier with everyone
It's been quite awhile since his last press conference -- and he was barely holding then.

Good questions -- who is in charge? Someone is controlling his time and his meds and his exposure -- bushie is very tightly controlled.

The only real clues of what's happening in his head we have are the photos and snips of bushie stammering out short replies.

I believe you are correct about bushie probably knowing about 9/11 before hand. bushie's face doesn't lend itself to playing poker --

One of the most his most disgusting displays was right after the 2004 vote (I won't say election because we KNOW he wasn't elected) -- when he lectured reporters about how he had earned "political capital" and how it is his style to spend "Political capital".

About his foreknowledge of 9/11 while I was typing this reply the following film was loading -- I just watched it. Click and bookmark this link.

31. You are assuming the existence of a conscience. Sociopaths do not have one
Edited on Sun Aug-21-05 12:12 PM by BrklynLiberal
Bush is a full blown, classic, picture-next-to-the-definition sociopath.
He has no conflicts. If he is not personally suffering physically he could not care less about anything or anybody else.

The deterioration of his speech and appearance are more likely due to years of drug and alcohol abuse, that may or may not still be going on.
Brain damage that results from this, does eventually takes its toll, no matter how much one is surrounded by sycophants and ass-kissers. The truth about his physical condition will never be told to the public.

The question is...is it organic or is it psychological? I suspect it's primarilly the latter. And I further suspect the roots of it lie in 9/11 and his knowledge that he either was complicit or ignorant in allowing it to happen. Either way, that burden is gnawing on him every day. 14. I am not sure he will breakdown, but you have to admit "something"
is going on with him. If you look back over the video of him in debates and during speeches he gave while he was the Governor of Texas and compare that to now, something IS wrong with him. He used to be able to put two words together, and keep some semblance while speaking. Now his speech patterns are off to say the least and he can't even string the simplest of sentences together. I have no idea what has caused this, but something IS wrong with the man.

21. Hitler did!
I'll bet Bush is getting injections four or five times a day by now too. Watch for his arm to start twitching too.

Adolf Hitler's medical health has long been a subject of controversy.

From the early 1930's the care for Hitler's health was entrusted to the young SS officer and surgeon Dr. Karl Brandt who was assisted by Professor Werner Haase. Unbeknownst to most people today, and especially to Germans at the time, Hitler suffered from a number of medical problems since confirmed by evidence left behind by the Nazis. Hitler's favorite physician, Professor Theodore Morell, with whom he became acquainted in the late 1930s, was somewhat responsible for this. more...

http://www.worldhistory.com/wiki/A/Adolf-Hitler's-medical-health.htm

"When you lie, tell big lies."
Adolf Hitler

The Life and Maladies of the Führer

snip>

Dr. Theodor G. Morell

Dr. Doyle mentioned that "we know eight doctors who attended to Hitler on several occasions during his time as Führer of Nazi Germany, but only one was with him almost all the time from 1937 until a few days before his suicide in April 1945. He was Theodor Morell, born in July 1886. He studied medicine in Heidelberg and went to Grenoble and Paris for experience before commencing training in obstetrics/gynecology in Munich.

By 1913, he had completed a Ph.D. and was licensed as a medical practitioner, but he actually described himself as a venereologist. In 1933 he joined the Nazis. Dr. Doyle notes that Dr. Morell and his wife were two of many guests invited to party at the Berjhof, Hitler's mountain retreat.

"Taking him aside, Hitler showed him his legs wrapped in bandages and ointment because of chronic eczema and told him of the recurrent abdominal spasms and fits of utter exhaustion often alternating with periods of deep depression, all of which he had endured for years. Hitler asked if Morell could help him." writes Doyle about Morell.

Eva Brown described Morell as disgusting and his office like a pig sty, while Hitler described him as a "Superman." The historian, Trevor-Roper suggested that Hitler disliked him but knew he was dependant on him. "Morell converted Hitler from one who had so little exercise and a poor diet into one regularly plied with tablets and injections of glucose, hormones and even amphetamines and cocaine, daily replacements of iodine, vitamins and calcium as well as heart and liver extract."

33. Reagan was a better "empty suit/figurehead" president.....
no doubt because of his training as an actor.

Given all that's been written about Bush's fragile mental health, I'm sure
he is very shakey right now. His handlers no doubt keep as much as
possible from him for as long as they can. This probably backfires when
he finally has to deal with something.

A full-scale, public Bush breakdown would be something to see!

Unfortunately, his supporters would end up feeling sorry for him and
blaming all us mean Bush-haters.
