10. That performance was "undiplomatic" and "unforgivable"
I hope Galloway has thick skin, because he is going to need it. Screwing with their fair-haired boy coleman was a ballsy move for sure.

5. Galloway was too scary in person
Norm finds it much easier to attack someone when they are not in the room.

12. Here are some good quotes from Galloway from today.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/politics/4557279.stm

In quotes: Galloway showdown

Here are some of the quotes from British MP George Galloway as he confronted his accusers on a US Senate sub-committee.

# "Who paid me hundreds of thousands of dollars? The answer to that is nobody and if you had anybody who paid me a penny you would have produced them here today.".......

# "You traduced my name around the world without ever having asked me a single question, without ever having contacted me, without ever having written to me or telephoned me, without any contact with me whatsoever and you call that justice."
.......

# "You have nothing on me Senator , except my name on lists of names in Iraq, many of which were drawn up after the installation of your puppet government in Iraq."
.........

# "I know that standards have slipped over the last few years in Washington but for a lawyer you are remarkably cavalier with any idea of justice."

.......

9. That was pathetic, imo
I notice CNN did not include the part of the testimony where Galloway itemizes EXACTLY why he was right and Coleman was wrong and what constituted the lies. I noticed, too, they did not include his questions on where the BILLIONS of Iraqi money has disappeared to while the US was 'in charge'.

I am sure it was just an innocent oversight! :sarcasm:

well as they should have. Coleman said that in retrospect the US could have done a better job. Rather lame interview--Lou did not bring up how the US was involved in recieving the money!!
