FWIW, the Minigun and the Uzi are definitely Title 2 restricted weapons (Title 1 civilian Uzi lookalikes can have a shoulder stock or a short barrel but not both). I suspect that the majority of weapons in that pic are restricted Title 2 hardware.

That's sort of like posing with a tank, fighter aircraft, or howitzer; not something you get to be photographed next to everyday. Stick Santa in the pic to make it holiday-ish and send it to all your friends who have never seen a GE/Dillon Aerospace Minigun in person, never mind photographed with one. Either a LE/*.mil supplier lent the hardware, or a very wealthy collector who owns one of the very few pre-'86 Miniguns.

FWIW, I've been photographed with some pretty exotic military aircraft now and then, and I'd gladly put Santa in such a pic as an excuse to send it to friends. :)
