2. Even if he can, it's not my main concern

I'm more concerned that he will not be a good president. When I look at his record of ideological inflexibility, my-way-or-the-highway (all or nothing) attitudes, isolationist tendencies, disregard for social issues in favor of economics-will-fix-all thinking, and choice of people who surround him .... well, let's say I don't look forward to it.

Will Democrats line up behind him like the Republicans have for Trump, despite disagreement? Will there be stasis or more temporary rule by executive order? Will he be able to repair relations with our allies?

Winning the election is one thing (one would think a ham sandwich could win against Trump, but we live in strange times). The real goal is governing. And Sanders' lack of any achievements over a long, long career, his autocratic tendencies and lack of alliances among his peers ... all of these things concern me.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
