To be clear, I don't necessarily think that it has to be outlined right now. The legislation Sanders put forward isn't even close to complete and he should pull it. It's part of his campaign platform, not legislation.

I simply think it's dishonest to portray it as though Sanders actually has outlined a way to pay for it. He hasn't.

If I were to vote in a presidential
