It is also not accidental. It's a tactic. The Israeli government and its lobbyists in Washington are both more than happy to conflate the two, so that any criticism of occupation, oppressive policies, human rights abuses and the like can be dismissed by calling the person an anti-semite.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
