There was an entire camp/farm in Thailand where women were kept and raped for porn. I provided links in that thread that show the link between human trafficking and porn. Clearly any porn with an enslaved person is rape, even if doesn't appear to be rape to the viewer.
A good deal of rape porn is billed as being real. I'm guessing most of it isn't, but the viewers like to believe women are actually being raped. If that weren't the case, it's producers wouldn't claim it was real.
