I've heard snippets of Obama's speeches in which he has mentioned this but if he stresses it too much, the repukes will accuse him of whining and of blaming others. I was talking to a woman the other day about the economy and lack of jobs, and I pointed out that the repuke congress refuses to pass the Jobs Act, and she was well-aware of this outrageous obstructionism. So I don't think there are too many thinking people out there who are in the dark. Of course, Biden mentions it often, as do other Obama surrogates.
