...is also impressive. But I ask you, How does she plan to actually DO what she says she wants done?

Here are some of the ways she proposes to reduce risks in the financial system (notably, this does not include restoring Glass-Steagall or something like it):

Impose a risk fee on the largest financial institutions.

Close the Volcker Rule’s hedge fund loophole.

Discourage excessive risk-taking by making senior bankers accountable. (me: by reducing their bonuses when their financial institutions suffer losses -- yeah, that'll larn 'em!)

Make sure no firm is ever too big and too risky to be managed effectively.

Tackle financial dangers of the “shadow banking” system.

Impose a tax on high-frequency trading. (me: a signature Bernie Sanders position BTW)

Now how, exactly, is she going to get any of this through the current Congress, or any Congress we are likely to see in the next few years? Don't hold back, let us know how Hillary would be able to do all of the above while Bernie would not be able to do the same with his policies.

Myself, I did not see any discussion on her Issues page of HOW she is going to shepherd these policies through a recalcitrant, Republican-led Congress. It's not a plan but merely a wish list -- at least, if we are going to use the same criteria for Hillary as for Bernie.
