This is about agenda and what will you stand for whatever way the wind blows not gender.

No, no man or woman can ably serve two Masters with diverse interests and aims. That is the fundamental problem masquerading as a strength aka the big tent.

If the answer to the question "who do you serve" is naively "everyone" you are fooling yourself and probably lying your ass off because in reality somebody gets their way and those somebodies are almost always the same folks and it is also the same folks that always have to suck it up in the exchanges.
