Howard and Bernie both "get" it. When Dean's strategy was in effect, not only did Dems win the WH but also BOTH Houses of Congress.
Dean believed in building up the Dem networks in ALL states. Until that happens consistently, mediocrity will reign because mediocrity is VERY well financed by RW organizations.
