And I'm not so much as defending the governor as I am saying the NCAA simply saw $$$ and went for the grab. Yes, PSU entered into this agreement, but under extreme duress as they were in full damage control mode. If there is proof out there that the money won't go to where it should be, then provide it. The link in the OP offered no information in that regard. And what safeguards are in place to keep the NCAA from malfeasance? I say keep the money helping children in the jurisdiction where the perp operated rather than who knows where the NCAA allocates it.
