Welcome to DU. Glad you found your way here.
I think Hillary's a pretty sure bet now.. my fingers are crossed for the Senate so we can get the Court back up to it's proper size (and role).
I don't think we make a big enough deal of civic engagement here in the US. Civics isn't even on the curriculum in public schools, except as a brief lesson or two in Social Studies classes. I would make it a stand alone class, mandatory for grades K through 12.. I would assign a whole WEEK for voting (same week, Nationwide) and I't make that week a Federal Holiday.. with parades and fireworks.
Fer cryin' out loud, our PRIMARY export is marketing. I know we could to better to increase participation.

Some of my family moved to Canada way back, and if Trump somehow wins, maybe I'll do the same.
