Voting majorities are the key to having progressives prevail. That gets back to the ground game. Obama organized an even better ground game than in 2008 to inform voters on the differences in the parties.

The media and those who believe the slanted anti-Democratic spin doctors who define them in a negative way, have little to do with goes on inside precincts, districts, cities and states. But that is where the power is. For D.C. to change, Americans must change the opinions of their neighbors and vote.

Cynicism and voter apathy favor the wealthy so much that they pay to promote it on the left, while getting their base out to vote. It's worked well and they aren't going to abandon it.
