...an explicit instruction from Clinton to an aide saying to remove markings from a classified email and send it over a nonsecure channel. Whether or not it was actually done seems to me to be somewhat beside the point -- the point being, she actually asked someone to remove markings and send it nonsecurely!
Well we'll see if it is real, and if so, whether the FBI has anything to say about it. If it is real, I would expect there to be some serious fallout -- politically if not legally -- although in my book, it seems like an egregious legal violation.
