43. Oregon is solidly blue. I mean, if we want to compare states that have blue urban dense areas

contrasted with rural red right-wing ones, well, again, ah.... Illinois.

Or shit, most of the rest of the country, for that matter.

At least ours don't have any actual power in the statehouse, hallelujah.

When it comes to OR, it doesn't matter, you take Multnomah County, suburban proto-tech enclaves like Washington County, Eugene and the 1-5 Corridor, and the red parts of the state simply don't stand a chance. You guys will catch up, eventually, but there are reasons I moved west as fast as I possibly could, above and beyond the fact that I'll be perfectly happy never to hear the words "minus twenty wind chill" ever again.
