has so far gotten fewer votes than Hillary, has a deficit of almost 200 pledged delegates already, and Hillary is leading by substantial margins in most remaining states so that making up that deficit and then surpassing her in pledged delegates looks to be extremely difficult, if not impossible.

I personally don't pronounce him out yet.
