it at face value just because he lost the last time. Nixon lost California when running for governor and won it when he ran for President in 1968 (and 1972). PA is a culturally conservative state in many ways with a lot of older people set in their ways. While I would say that Obama is favored, if Santorum is the nominee, he shouldn't take it for granted.
