24. No mathematical representation given

does not exclude the possibility of mathematical representations. What kind of math would be suited for the purposes, is quite deep question that I don't have definite answer for, but mere set theory of "Cantorian paradise" would obviously be not enough (post-Gödel). I've been following another theory with similar ideas with this (e.g. the Russian Doll -metaphor), which is rich also in new math, and "non-linear equations" could be one of the central themes of that theory, namely mappings between p-adics and reals.

On an even more philosophical level, there is no a priori reason why physics should be metaphysically math, or Platonical realism. That is a strong position, but not the only possible one. Newton's mechanics have been succesfully described without any math, the case is not clear if that would be possible with quantum theory. But a consistent TOE should be able to explain also mathematics.
